Job Title Solution Designer Job Description: We are looking for a Solution Designer driven by innovative, out of the box solutions and passionate about complex banking/payments projects. Our Ideal Candidate: - We're looking for someone with a passion for modern technology and an interest in Banking/Payments. - An excellent team player with good communication skills. - Focused on Solutions based approach for complex issues. - Passionate about Technical advancements, changes and part of multiple Agile implementation projects. - You're involved in the tech community and actively network with likeminded people on new tech in the market. - Someone who can lead the project delivery of the squad, from designing solutions to deployment and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when required Responsibilities : - Develop high quality, scalable and performant solutions. - Work collaboratively with Technical Architect, BAs and Development Team. - Coach, mentor and help the team members to improve their skills. - Coordinate with other Tech Leads and the architecture team on best practice and ensuring all squads are aligned. We need you to have: - Demonstrable experience in development and designing solutions in complex environment. - Strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines. - Ability to work in a challenging environment and experience dealing with stakeholders. - Be details oriented. - Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles. Provide input to team processes.
