As a part of continuous growth, they are seeking full-time Sales Administrator to join their office in West Leederville . About the opportunity As the full-time Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, supporting the environmental consultants in Perth and other offices. As a part of your day-to-day, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders and processing invoices on behalf of the consultants. Utilising your excellent attention to detail, you will maintain an accurate service management software system and proactively informing consultants of any appointment changes. In addition, you will be responsible for: Coordinating courier services and shipping of equipment between offices Managing the centralised phone and email system Agenda preparation and minute-taking Data entry with a high level of accuracy Office inventory management Ad-hoc administration duties About You You will have a proactive mindset, and enjoy a peaceful and diligent working environment.
