Reporting to our Group Head of Retail & Business Development Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth & efficient flow of communication between support office & stores. There will be a very strong focus on operations & training to ensure a coherent and consistent process within our stores and head office. This is a Permanent Full-time or Part-time role is based in our head office Alexandria, with working days Monday - Thursday (8:30am- 5:00pm) and salary pro-rated based on hours works. We are after a very organized and proactive person with a strong ability to manage key relationships and problem solve. Excellent communication is crucial in this role as you will be managing the operations for our stores and head office. Our brands have many exciting projects approaching in the future and we want someone to help with these and ensure smooth operations & growth within our business. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a liaison between sass & bide boutiques and Head Office to achieve operational efficiency. Coordinating communications between Head Office and stores to ensure the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time. Compile and communicate weekly trade pack and communicate to key stakeholders. Implementing initiatives that support in-store efficiency that allow the retail team to focus on sales performance. Supporting the development and rollout of brand specific operations manuals. Ensuring all policies and procedures have been implemented successfully at store level and ensures all teams are compliant. Supporting with the planning, organisation and execution of retail store openings, events, staff training and other retail employee engagement activities. Providing on-site and/or virtual training to employees on new systems and processes implemented by Head Office Supporting the store teams daily by troubleshooting, reviewing system and task compliance, transaction auditing and overall operational support. Monitoring store consumable usage to ensure adequate supply, and where possible seek the most sustainable options. Acting as key point of contact for retail vendor relationships, including stationary providers, store cleaning and maintenance providers. Key skills & attributes: Prior experience in the fashion retail industry (preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Retail Operations Coordinator role you’re proactive, and you make autonomous decisions when needed; you’re an able multitasker, prioritizing your workload appropriately and can lead projects to completion. your customer centric – everything you do is with our customer in mind; you have a strong focus on developing & sustaining collaborative and productive relationships; you are creative, innovative & you think differently in dealing with opportunities and issues; you’re a strong, clear & concise communicator; you are proficient in Microsoft suite and have advanced skills in excel and reporting. you provide feedback as & when required to all levels of the business; you are organised & efficient, with a strong focus on achieving results; you are passionate about leading the culture of fashion for bold and individualistic women If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please apply now To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
