The role: Meeting and greeting clients Answering and directing phone calls Support the team with admin tasks as well as marketing campaign administration, document preparations and reports Supporting sales agents with client feedback, data maintenance and management of the sales process from appraisal to post-settlement Liaising with solicitors and ensuring all legal documents are complete and up-to-date as required Managing office supplies General office administration, including post and banking. Successful applicants will have: Ideally customer service, Reception or Concierge-style experience Exceptional personal presentation and phone manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated organisation skills with strong attention to detail & high accuracy.
