Learn more about us and what we do at https://awaresuper.com.au Your New Role You will produce print and digital content such as email and print marketing campaigns, advertising, presentations and social media. You will work closely and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on design briefs and requests and look for solutions to accurately and effectively convey the Aware Super brand promise. This role will suit an individual who has excellent communications and stakeholder management skills and is approachable and agile. You should feel comfortable working across all forms of media. You will promote a customer centric culture and be a brand ambassador across the business, always influencing and advocating the Aware Super brand. How do you exceed our expectations? The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced, multi-skilled graphic designer with technical skills and a passion for quality. Additionally they will have the following: At least 5 years' experience in graphic design with demonstrated ability to successfully interpret and respond to a design brief's requirements/goals while delivering on the internal client's expectations and brand objectives; Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or relevant fields An understanding of marketing and communications campaign requirements and considerations. Experience in presenting concepts and design ideas to stakeholders Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, multi-media, web design & graphic design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including, InDesign, Photoshop, XD or Sketch, and Illustrator. Ability to work independently to bring innovative ideas, strong visual communication, and creative design solutions to communicate a brand story and message. Ability to work across multiple projects at any given time and prioritise work accordingly. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and communication skills internally/externally. Video editing, html5 coding and animation capabilities are a bonus, but not essential. All applicants will be required to submit a portfolio of recent work.
