Responsible for inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings in a major automotive company. They are looking for a customer service representative to join their team. The Role You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams, providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives.
