Part Time Change Manager About the role As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of one of our key clients. This role requires an experienced Change Manager (or Business Analyst with change management skills) that can showcase strong communication, leadership, and are passionate about driving positive change within an organization. This role is offered as a part time position, for 2 days per week, for a 30-week period. There is potential for more opportunity after this period, but not guaranteed. Although our client is based in Perth, as the role is 100% work from home, we can consider candidates located from anywhere within Australia. Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plan specifically tailored to support for the digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify digital transformation objectives, assess their impact on employees and processes, and develop comprehensive change management plans to facilitate successful adoption. Conduct stakeholder analysis and engage with leaders and frontline staff to build awareness, understanding, and buy-in for digital transformation initiatives. Design and deliver engaging communication campaigns, training programs, and resources to support employees in adapting to new digital tools, processes, and ways of working. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and guidance to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through digital transformation and overcome resistance to change. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, gather feedback from stakeholders, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as a champion for digital transformation within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital transformation and change management, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues. Requirements Strong people engagement, relationship, and communication skills. Thorough understanding of business processes. Strong experience as a Change Manager/ Business Analyst from within the IT industryTop of Form. Be comfortable with part-time arrangements and working from home.
