We require a bubbly and energetic Receptionist to join us at our Head Office in Condell Park (we will be relocating to state-of-the-art facilities in Villawood in a few months time). This opportunity will allow you to support and work alongside our dynamic and outcomes driven team, providing crucial administrative support as well as incredible customer service. As the first point of contact for the company, you must maintain professionalism and care, giving our customers and clients excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Be able to confidently answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately. Greeting visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Maintaining office supplies as needed. Assist the team with tasks such as printing jobs etc. Assisting the accounts team in data entry and accounts payable. Other Ad hoc duties – organizing staff meetings, morning tea etc. To be Successful: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum 2 years of Customer Support/Receptionist experience. Must have Accounts Payable experience. Energetic and enthusiastic person. Very strong attention to detail. Exceptional customer service & communication skills. Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
