Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead, train and motivate our warehouse team including drivers. You roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Motivate and mentor Production Team members to ensure productivity targets are met Completion of all picking and packing tasks to achieve next day delivery on every night Effectively coordinate Production processes Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety legislation and guidelines Ensure standard warehouse operating procedures are followed At all times ensure the highest standards of customer experience and service level are achieved More about you To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to manage and motivate a team of storepeople in a busy warehouse environment that deals with fast moving products at high volume. You will ideally display the following attributes: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in a fast-moving warehouse environment Experience/Knowledge of conveyor systems beneficial Hands-on leadership experience Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure Current forklift licence is essential More about COS When you join COS you’ll be working for a growing business servicing many of Australia’s most well recognised companies and government agencies.
