Experience working in a upscale bar and extensive knowledge of cocktail making is a distinct advantage. This is a permanent part time position requiring availability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. The Role You are an experienced bartender with a deep understanding and rich appreciation of the ingredients and techniques used in cocktail making, and can creates new and innovative mixed drinks You are creative and have the capacity to create new and innovative mixed drinks or put your signature twist on existing favourites You stay abreast of cocktail trends and innovations occurring worldwide You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the bar, can create genuine and authentic connections with our guests and generally be an all-round team player Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of our guests Hourly Pay rates: Mon to Fri: $24.87 Saturday: $31.09 Sunday: $37.31 Public Holidays: $55.96
