Customer Service Representative — Adelaide Airport, West Torrens Area

The Role Our global client, based in the vehicle manufacturing industry, are looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join their team. In this role you will interact and provide valuable solutions and services to stakeholders via phone and email, providing excellent customer care at every opportunity. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, who can memorise scripts and adapt them as needed as issues arise during a call. The successful applicant will be handling a variety of important supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instruction, and purchase assistance. As the voice of the company, the Customer Care Consultant must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for helping stakeholders and driving satisfaction. The position is casual with view to permanency, offering 38 hours per week between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints and provide solutions Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of the caller's request, including follow-ups with end-users and escalation team Recommend improvements to systems and provessed for improved organisational efficieny Accurate and timely data entry Skills & Experience Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role A passion for customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and achieve targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask, manage time and prioritise tasks Ability to confidently use computer software and databases Ability to provide accurate information and data entry Well presented, highly motivated and reliable Benefits State of the art office built in 2020 with amazing views of surroundings Immediate start Supportive team environment Global company Casual with view to permanency About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
