Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles. Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and provide support throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and job placements in our database. Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Profile Previous experience in customer service, call center, or recruitment-related roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively. Proficiency in MS Office suite and recruitment software.
