Sales Manager With exciting growth plans in place, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Logistics space (Removals & Storage highly regarded) to develop and guide our sales team towards success. Your highest priority in this role is to put processes in place and manage a sales team into a position where they are capable of generating results both for the business and themselves. Your knowledge and experience will enable you to hit the ground running as your team brings on new business from both their existing pipeline and from opportunities generated by other business functions. Key responsibilities Quickly gain product and systems knowledge to effectively represent Holloway Removals & Storage in the market. Engage with senior decision-makers to drive sales and business development initiatives. Build a high performing sales team Providing weekly progress reporting outlining significant gains / challenges Monitor competitor activity to ensure our offers and prices are market leading. Monitor sales data for each salesperson to ensure sales targets are met consistently and commission tracked Work with internal teams to implement an effective sales training plan Essential Requirements Proven experience in a Sales Management role (Industry experience is advantageous), we are recruiting on attitude, capability, systems, and process implementation experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a 'Can Do' attitude. Solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Confidence and proficiency in engaging with senior decision-makers. Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
