Some duties for the role is: Collaborate with project managers to monitor monthly budget and forecast, and make recommendations and adjustments as required . Project Administration duties. Financial reporting including budgets, project forecasts, review and analyst. Tender/bid support and preparation. General administration tasks. End of month invoicing and reporting. Processing supplier invoices. Client liaising. Expense claim preparation/submission
