Customer Service Officer — Malaga, Swan Area

As part of your job, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, taking detailed minutes, writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms, as well as assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Client Details We are looking for a customer service officer based in Malaga who is available to work Monday-Friday.The role offers a rate of $35 per hour. Description Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction. Profile proven experience in admin or a related role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centring mindset. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
