As the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility. Responsibilities: Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Handle all inquiries and provide information about services, policies, and procedures Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on urgency Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed Assist with the intake process, including collecting necessary documentation and inputting data into the system Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support as needed Qualifications: Minimum 2 experience as a receptionist.
