Currently we are seeking Senior Social Workers who, as part of the inter-disciplinary team, will provide Social Work services to patients in the clinical specialty area using advanced Social Work clinical practice skills. This position supports the Head of Department, Deputy Head and Social Work Team Leaders in providing supervision to the P1 staff in the clinical area, including allocating clinical duties and in managing performance. The Senior Social Worker acts as a Social Work clinical consultant/resource to Social Workers and other health professionals. This position also plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care.
