Logistics Administrator — Eastern Creek, Blacktown Area

Location : Eastern Creek surrounds Salary package: $34 Super per/hour| Role highlights : Support a driven, high-performing team within this global FMCG leader. Role Overview As the Logistics Administrator, you will be reporting to the Team Leader. You will be responsible for supporting the Domestic Freight Resolution team during a busy period. Your exceptional administration skills, proactive work ethic and keen eye for detail will see you excel greatly in this 6-month contract role. A typical day will see you maintaining and settling invoices, investigating and raising claims, assisting with monthly carrier freight claims and handling various other administrative duties. Responsibilities Invoice settlement: review, settle and maintain invoice logs through SAP Vendor Invoice Management System (VIM Processing). Assisting in investing and raising claims Assisting with monthly carrier freight statements and reconciliations Assisting with discrepancies Raising claims Data entry through SAP Various administrative duties Supporting the team and team leaders in an efficient and professional manner Candidate Profile As the Logistics Administrator, you will demonstrate high levels of reliability and integrity. The successful candidate ideally has experience within an international freight and/or logistics environment. You must have proven experience using SAP VIM for accounts/invoice reconciliations. You are a natural team player who thrives working in a busy environment. Your keen eye for detail combined with your outstanding communication skills and drive will see you make this role your own. You are organised, proactive and take initiative and are immediately available to commit to your next long-term role.
