Project Administrator — Burswood, Victoria Park Area

The role will involve working with both internal and external customers, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, have strong attention to detail, as well as proven problem-solving skills. You will also be able to provide administrative support and resource management services to ensure the efficient, timely and compliant performance with company and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Review and development of administrative systems and procedures. Assist various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. Coordination of project financials in line with contracted arrangements. Project finance tracking, cost control, documentation management and reporting. Supporting with resourcing activities for labour hire, contractors schedule and timesheet compliance. Essential Skills and Experience A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment. Possess a sound understanding of the responsibilities of project execution practices. Ability to work within a dynamic fast paced team environment. Broad range of computer skills and willingness to learn new skills. Experience with purchasing, goods receipting, invoicing and reporting. Good communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to work under pressure and multi task. High attention to detail. Key Requirements 2-3 years project administration experience. Administration qualifications. Australian drivers licence. Must have the right to work in Australia.
