Description As an Administration Assistant, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of various departments within the company. You will collaborate closely with the accounts department, aiding in tasks reanging from accounts recievable and accounts payable to other essential accounting functions. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. With meticulous attention to detail, you will enter and process credits, as well as manage stock movement and adjustments efficiently. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in preparing export documentation for overseas shipments, adhering closely to customs and shipping regulations. Equally vital is your contribution to the accurate preparation of import paperwork for incoming shipments.
