The Position Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, your duties will include: Act as first point of contact for enquiries by answering inbound calls and emails Process orders within agreed and set organisational timeframes using an ERP system Build and maintain strong knowledge of company products Provide updates to customers regarding lead times, ETAs and stock enquiries Meet and exceed set key performance indicators as required Liaise heavily with the internal departments for updates and acquired information Identify potential sales prospects and direct to account managers The Candidate The successful applicant will have proven customer service experience from manufacturing or the distribution industry and must display the following: Previous experience using an ERP system Professional phone manner and communication skills An understanding of an end to end customer service position Experience within a similar industry and/or environment Technical awareness and knowledge of new products Good problem-solving skills and techniques Strong use of initiative , with a can do attitude Please hit the 'Apply Now' button to submit your application, or alternatively contact Lauren Toledo on 03 9088 2279 for a confidential discussion.
