Our client located in Hoppers Crossing is seeking Customer Service officer to join their growing team. Client Details Our client manages the road network, delivers road safety initiatives, and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services. Description This role includes the following key duties: Provide high quality customer service Perform administrative activities Create positive relationships in all customer interactions Provide an accurate and efficient response to internal and external customer enquiries and appointments, including driver licence testing and registration inspections Responsible for resolution of customer enquiries and conduct customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration services Profile To be successful in this role, you must be able to fulfill: Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service in a service centre or frontline service environment Demonstrated proficiency in continually learning, navigating, and actively promoting the use of online transactions; Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week; Available to work 20-38 hours per week between 8:30am-4:30pm You must also be available to be on call until 9am for days you are not rostered on, to cover last minute shifts.
