Join their team of industry pioneers that are shaping this niche healthcare field globally. THE OPPORTUNITY, WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW 12-month customer service/technical support contract. Provide first-level response for customer enquiries to the Technical Service department. Offer back-office support to Technicians. Maintain the technical service software’s scheduling calendar for technicians to facilitate scheduling. Develop efficient work practices to control company costs while ensuring customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of helpfulness and assistance, garnering positive feedback from both internal and external customers. Promote the company’s products and services, provide swift support to customers and technicians, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Drive preventive maintenance business by coordinating with clients for annual equipment servicing bookings. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Customer service experience in a similar role. Experience with accounting software, preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Australian work experience and full working rights with effective English communication skills, both written and verbal. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is necessary. Interested?
