We're seeking passionate individuals to join our call center team, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Address initial complaints with finesse, turning negatives into positives. Manage soft cases through outbound calls to find swift resolutions. Efficiently manage inquiries via letter, email, or voice, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Utilise call center software and databases to access customer information, update records, and maintain detailed call logs. Recommend suitable services or solutions tailored to each client's needs. Skill/Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle customer queries with confidence and competence. Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for conflict resolution. Proven ability to maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
