We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant to join the team and provide comprehensive support to the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and calendars of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls; Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and staff members; Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation; Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; Billing and time entry; and Preparing court documents and correspondence. What we are looking for: 4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or secretary, ideally in litigation; Previous experience using iManage or Adherant; Previous experience with complex billing; Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; and Proven time-management and organisational skills.
