Manage inventory, stock levels, and stocktaking processes. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold brand standards. Venue open and closing responsibilities. Must be available for weekend work, including nights. About You Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively. Strong cocktail knowledge and experience. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. RSA certificate is a must.
