Job Description Are you 100% customer focused and driven to provide top notch customer service? NRMA Ocean Beach Resort is a family-friendly resort paradise and we currently have 2 positions available to assist the team in our onsite cafe: What you will do: Greet guests with a big smile, take orders and handle cash/card transactions Make coffee (we can help train you) Assist with basic food preparation Ensure tables are clear and clean Restock fridge/freezer items Attend team meetings as required Any other duties required as requested by the Café or Resort Manager What you will bring: Experience in a restaurant, cafe, bistro, or previous customer service experience. Outstanding people skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality The ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment. What’s in it for you?
