Key Responsibilities For Accountant: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to improve financial performance. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation. Oversee inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and reconciliation of inventory levels. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax-saving strategies. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies. Utilize accounting software effectively to streamline processes and generate accurate financial reports. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial matters and support business objectives. For Front-end Developer: Develop and implement front-end solutions for the DiGiCOR website, ensuring high quality, performance, and usability. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimize website performance and loading times through efficient coding practices and optimization techniques. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end development, including browser compatibility and responsive design. For Web Administrator: Manage and maintain the DiGiCOR website, ensuring its functionality, security, and performance. Coordinate with designers to implement UI/UX designs into the website's front-end, ensuring seamless user experience. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop and maintain responsive web interfaces. Implement optimization techniques to enhance website performance and loading speed. Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure the website’s compatibility across various browsers and devices. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to front-end development, resolving them promptly. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and recommend enhancements to improve the website’s functionality and user experience. Benefits and perks Great salary package ($70,000 to $100,000) plus superannuation will be awarded to the right candidate. Qualifications and Skills Requirements For Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience as an accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills. For Front-end Developer: 2-3 years proven work experience as a Front-end Developer. Strong experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Frameworks Ability to translate creative concepts and design templates into flexible, tidy, responsive code; Good communication skills, spoken and written English; Ability to work as part of a team; Fmiliarity with tools such as Photoshop is a plus. Good understanding of SEO principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. For Web Administrator 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in website management or related field. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with the ability to maintain and update website content. Capability to translate design concepts into functional and responsive web pages. Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English, facilitating collaboration within the team. Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure website functionality. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop is advantageous. Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize website visibility. Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
