WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS: Essential: 4 years Ruby on Rails (particularly on large RoR code bases) Experience with JQuery Experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Deep understanding of Linux Shell and Virtualisation Excellent communication with Internal and External stakeholders, using a variety of written and visual mediums. Would be nice to have/be: Experience upgrading a large RoR codebase Experience using Capistrano Experience with cucumber and rspec Experience with either SASS and LESS Experience working as a consultant Proactive and dedicated to seeing the project succeed. Ability to help identify technical and process risks that can impact delivery. Ability to help identify and communicate practices for engineering. An ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
