Bella Vista Gardens is a carefully considered modern residence that offers all of the comforts of home, in an elegant, architecturally designed and very personalised environment. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Bus Driver for a permanent part-time role to take our lovely residents out for shopping and other external visits as part of our Leisure & Lifestyle program. In this hands-on role, you will develop a deep and broad knowledge and understanding of our residents, enabling you to deliver exceptional client service that is responsive, inclusive, and sensitive to diverse our residents' needs. You will be supported by Leisure & Lifestyle staff on these outings. ABOUT YOU If you love working with people, are a quick learner, enjoy an entrepreneurial team culture and pride yourself on getting things done right the first time, then this role is for you Skills & Qualifications Able to drive 15 seater bus LR Drivers Licence preferred Safety conscious Previous experience working in an aged care is preferable Personal abilities and attributes Must be well presented and approachable Friendly and kind nature Demonstrate a high level of ability in taking responsibility for own actions Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity in dealings with key stakeholders Willing to undergo NDIS check ABOUT US Cranbrook Care aims to be the premier provider of quality residences, care and lifestyle services.
