About the role The Member Support Officer(MSO) role reports to the Member Support Coordinator and is responsible for providing high-level administrative support for Tribunal Members. The MSO will: Proactively and efficiently provide administrative services under the directions and guidance of the Member Support Team Leader, to deliver effective support to Tribunal Members for sensitive and complex legal matters. Work collaboratively across the broader Hearing Services teams, providing assistance where required. Contribute to team projects and service delivery initiatives that seek to improve processes and the quality of support provided to Tribunal Members and other business units.
