A new role awaits We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Recruitment team as APS3 Recruitment Administration Officer. The APS3 Recruitment Administration Officer role is an essential position that will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive onboarding journey for all new employees to the Agency, remembering first impressions last Working within the Recruitment and Staff Development Branch presents a range of exciting development opportunities as we also provide support to staff and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires working within a team and you as the ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities and can demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate broadly with various stakeholders. To join the team it is desirable but not a requirement to posses the below skills and values: Administration experience and competency with IT systems including Microsoft Office Suite The ability to exercise judgement and integrity when managing confidential and sensitive information. Willingness to learn and support innovation. Please note - This role is available under Affirmative Measures - Disability. The affirmative measure position is to improve employment opportunities for people with disability in the Australian Public Service. They are open only to people with disability.
