This role is a Permanent full-time position. As the Senior Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the team and projects as required, in the delivery of commercial and contractual requirements to drive business growth and maximise profitability. Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide support and work with the Project team to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met. Lead and manage contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions are favourable for the company while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Manage multiple competing priorities to achieve what is both urgent and important to meet both deadlines and other's needs Manage and mentor the commercial team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets and objectives. Build positive relationships with Clients, understanding their needs/expectations Ensure health safety and environmental issues are considered effectively in the programming of works. ABOUT YOU You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following: Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar is ideal. Exposure on a broad range of Civil Engineering projects e.g. roads, concrete works, remediation, buildings etc 5 years relevant site experience Solid understanding of Commercial requirements, contract management, subcontract management, cost control, developing contract agreements and negotiations in the Civil Engineering industry.
