We are seeking a dynamic and efficient Admin Officer to join our team and work with a variety of students, staff and community from diverse backgrounds. You need to be a team player with the ability to work in a busy environment, be flexible and confident with digital technologies. Role: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Front Office contact for all visitors, students, parents and staff. You will be required to be friendly, well presented and articulate manage student attendance - updating unexplained absences, roll marking, daily student absences, processing early/late slips work unsupervised and have the ability to initiate and implement procedures where necessary administering first aid and student medication other duties and administration support as directed by the Principal and Business Manager About You: We are seeking a positive, dynamic team member who would ideally possess the following skills and abilities: High level of communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise and multi task Ability to work as a team in a busy environment Professional discretion Ability to work independently to achieve quality outcomes Has great attention to detail Experience with OneSchool, Agresso, Microsoft Office, ID Attend desirable Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
