We're seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join a leading civil construction, contractor providing onsite support for renewable energy project. Leading Civil Construction Contractor Excellent progression scope across a diverse range of projects 2:1 week FIFO/DIDO roster. Kotahi Consulting are supporting a leading construction contractor in their search for a Contract Administrator who will play a key role on a windfarm project in central Queensland. The role will report to the project manager and will work closely with client stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve any contractual issues. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within a principal contracting environment. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on a 2:1 week FIFO or DIDO basis Australian Resident and able to start in 4 weeks. What You'll Do: Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve any contractual issues. Conduct regular audits and assessments to track project progress and expenditure. Prepare and review contract documentation, including variations, claims, and extensions. Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals effectively.
