Joining the Journey Beyond family, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests. About You You will have University degree in Computer Science or related field and have Microsoft Office 365 experience. Along with this you will also have: • Strong End user support experience • Strong technical knowledge of Server and Endpoint management • Strong Active Directory – Group Policy Management experience. • PowerShell Scripting ability • Knowledge of Security hardening of OS, application and access control management. • Understanding of Networking & Telephony solutions (Ex: LAN, WAN, VOIP etc) • Understanding of Authentication software and Single sign on preferred • Ability to effectively manage multiple project tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure • Strong Problem-solving skills • Result driven and good attention to detail • Excellent collaboration and communication skills About The Role Based in Adelaide, you will be responsible for timely delivery of IT operational support and project activities across all Journey Beyond Businesses.
