Developing intuitive, clean, efficient, and robust technical solutions that support and delight our customers, will support us to achieve our growth targets. As a senior member of the engineering team we would love for you to share your engineering knowledge and help to mentor more junior members of the team. About you Demonstrated experience working as a Front End or software engineer; which includes React, Typescript with some backend experiencing using Java Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Automation Tools Experience working with AWS design patterns and principles Experiencing working as a mentor or coach, whether in professional or personal setting Good listening and communication skills, and able to share constructive feedback An inquisitive nature that helps to challenge established ways of doing business, to achieve the best outcomes at Reece If this feels like the right fit for you, apply now
