About the Role: Our ideal candidate would love to be challenged by a busy and diverse environment with a strong customer focus. This role and will suit somebody who is pro-active, organised and can work well under pressure. This role will be responsible but not limited to: Navigate varying client portals to assist with maintaining compliance. Manage and respond to client communication. Distribute communications to the relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and clients for escalations. Conduct weekly audits to ensure seamless claim progression. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication for alignment of organisational goals and objectives. Regularly update internal systems to ensure notes are current. Handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base. Cultivate and maintain client relationships with care and professionalism.
