Injury Management Team Administrator — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

About the role This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Injury Management Team to enable effective and efficient delivery of the team goals. This role also supports business activity by delivering regular reporting activity that assists with managing team functionality and performance. Key Accountabilities Manage calculation of weekly compensation benefits Coordinate with pay office to ensure payments are made in a timely manner Identify, calculate and coordinate compensation adjustments each pay cycle. Coordinate claims with insurers Reconcile insurer payments against claims Provide monthly reporting to Finance Managers on reconciliation balances. Completion of submissions to pay office on schedule each pay cycle Minimise number of compensation adjustments Manage weekly reporting of work flow for Injury Management Team, including exception reporting for National Workers' Compensation Manager. Assist Injury Management Team with collation of employment documentation requests for litigated matters. Ensure request for documents from third parties are identified, accurate and prepared for submission. Communicate with key stakeholders in case management to provide critical case management information to enable Injury Management to implement outcome focused strategies. Manage data quality of Injury Management Team management system (Solv) to maximise effective use of the system by the team.
