As vaulters, we pride ourselves on transparency, integrity and respect in everything that we do NOW is the time to join a growing company with strong roots, where you can take on your new challenge Overview As part of the marketing team, we are searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will hone their skills for lead generation and pipeline development within the Enterprise and Public Sector space. You will get to map accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst contributing to the overall success of the Sales team. As the first line of communication you'll ideally have a strong understanding of the sales process, researching companies, key buying personas, and creating new relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure within the Sales & Marketing teams whilst developing your skillset in sales. Here's how you will contribute: Get in touch with engaged leads in the marketing funnel to qualify opportunities for handover to Sales Support marketing events and campaigns with timely follow up and suggested content Source new sales prospects both outbound and inbound (approximately 80/20 split) Effectively use modern social prospecting techniques such as LinkedIn and Video Prospecting. Design your own prospecting programs to help reach different target audiences and nurture through to qualification Create and implement your own campaigns that align with the regional goals Develop close relationships with sales counterparts who you will be supporting Position Requirements 1 years of experience in a similar role IT sales or B2B SaaS experience will give you the edge over other candidates Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and telephone presence. Ability to successfully interact with IT buyers from C level executives through to engineers, and be able to sell the value of Commvault's offerings & book meetings. Strong business and financial acumen Creative and strategic problem solver Self-motivated, accountable approach combined with strong sense of collaboration SFDC and Outreach experience preferred Recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Centre Backup and Recovery Software, our industry's definitive independent ranking.
