We are a comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic imaging service providing care to patients at RMH Parkville, RMH Royal Park and RMH Private Imaging. Your new role: Greeting and registering patients, including scheduling appointments and managing patient accounts. Managing phone and in-person enquiries. Working collaboratively with the administrative team, managers, clinical and medical staff. Assisting with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department. About you: You have experience working in fast paced medical reception environments (medical imaging administration experience desirable). You are available to work rotating early and late shifts on weekdays and weekends. You have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. You have strong IT skills and MS office experience. You collaborate effectively with a dynamic team and can work independently when required. You are proactive and have problem solving skills.
