Responsibilities: Help develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve set targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements. Create and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team. Requirements: Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales in an automotive dealership setting Excellent selling and organisational skills (must be a proactive self-starter). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
