The Learning and Organisation Development Administrator role is a mix of coordinating training, data entry and checking, and communicating with staff and managers to ensure our training runs smoothly. You will be part of our friendly and inclusive People and Culture team reporting to the Learning & Organisational Development Manager. This role allows for hybrid working with a requirement to be in person when Induction training takes place (typically 3 days a fortnight) Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties: Coordinate th e administrative tasks associated with Service Awards, related L&OD programs and Compliance and job skills-related training L&OD Administration: Responsibilities also include data management, processing external applications, assisting with staff training, managing correspondence, scheduling courses, processing payments, and generating reports. The role oversees Yooralla's traineeship programs, involving communication with stakeholders, meticulous record-keeping, monitoring participant adherence, managing reimbursement claims, and supporting induction programs.
