This is a fantastic opportunity for a person looking to start their career within the Fleet Industry and to utilise their existing customer service skills. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES… Completing administrative tasks such as registrations, fuel management, infringement and toll management Timely and accurate ordering, dispatching and cancellation of fuel cards Maintaining accurate and meaningful internal records Responding to clients and internal enquiries regarding fleet services related matters in a professional manner Provide administrative support to fleet services team as required. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a customer service role Strong organisational and prioritisation skills - someone who meets specified deadlines and reports regularly on progress Someone who can resolve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely, effective manner High level of proficiency in software packages with advanced level of spread sheeting and word processing skills Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening, probing skills WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offer work-life balance and career development.
