An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join a large successful Company as a Receptionist / Sales Administration Officer Baiada is a privately owned Australian Company providing premium quality poultry products throughout Australia. An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join a large successful Company as a Receptionist / Sales Administration Officer at the Wingfield Facility. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills on all day-to-day activities. Key tasks: Reception duties-taking in bound calls Contacting Customers for their orders Data Entry – Keying Customer orders Other admin duties as required Critical skills and experience required: Previous administration experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Computer literate with accurate data entry skills Attention to detail Monday to Friday - Hours 8.30am – 4.36pm approximately Important: Due to bio-security reasons candidates are not permitted to have any form of pigs, poultry and/or birds at your place of residence.
