About the Role Our Far North Queensland team is seeking expressions of interest for a Network Staffing Coordinator to provide additional support to the home networks’ rostering practices. This role will start as a 6 month secondment. The Network Staffing Coordinator will have oversite of all Network home’s rosters to ensure all Part Time- and Full-Time vacancies are covered with network hired employees. Duties of this role may include but are not limited to the following: Work closely with the Talent Partner to advertise and recruit for network vacancies. Participate in the recruitment and orientation processes of new employees as directed by HLT, including generation of new starter packs. Maintain an effective and efficient rostering process and system that complies with organisational policy and procedures including Enterprise Agreement conditions and management direction. Coordinate and administer all functions related to rostering including – supporting facility management with roster development, rostering system input, roster maintenance, roster projection, effectively managing staff availability and utilisation, and associated documentation. Maintain the security and confidentiality of all information and personal records. Maintain complete, up to date and accurate staffing records on site and Head Office, including leave request records and up to date staff contact listings. This role will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance of Master Rosters across Cairns, Townsville, Bundaburg, Longreach & Maryborough, and will require travel to each site on an ad hoc basis.
