About the role We are looking for a Pricing & Rebates Administrator to offer hands-on support for managing rebates/royalties and pricing within the Yates group, specifically with our Seasol business. The role involves providing backup coverage for pricing and rebates analysts, with support from subject matter experts, and utilizes the SAP platform This part-time position will require a contract time of up to 32 hours a week across 4 or 5 days We're proud to represent market-leading, trusted brands and products, and we're looking for someone who shares that pride. Responsibilities Provide pricing assistance and oversee rebates as a key function Process rebate and royalty claims, including validation and credit memo issuance Manage rebate contracts, including setup, termination, and annual adjustments Handle deal management tasks such as accruals and identification of discrepancies Address general rebate inquiries, assist with audit queries, and ensure pricing accuracy in the SAP system Skills & Experience Experience in claims processing and financial/accounting fields is beneficial FMCG experience, particularly with retail partner claims, is advantageous Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data analysis skills are essential Ability to excel in an environment that promotes questioning, problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork Why DuluxGroup?
