Work 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday with an RDO. You are already working in the car industry whether you are a successful leader or a sales person with the right business acumen wanting to take that next step into management. You will be responsible in building a high-performing used car department and bring it up to its full potential. You will lead from the front and be present on the showroom floor with your team. You will be experienced in the used car market and keep up with current trends. Your sales and customer service skills will reflect onto your team and your ability to motivate and inspire will bring a positive energy into the dealership and your team.
