Fixed Term position Salary based on experience, range: $55,089 – $74,919 per annum plus super Attractive employee benefits including salary packaging and hybrid working About the Legal Help team:Legal Help is the key entry point for Victorians seeking legal assistance. It provides an accessible, holistic triage, intake and referral service which quickly identifies help seekers' legal and related issues and assists them to deal with them. Every year Legal Help responds to over 200,000 requests for assistance through its phone and webchat helplines., providing information, legal advice, and referrals on a wide variety of issues in more than twenty languages (directly and using the Telephone Interpreter Service). Legal Help operates several specialist channels, including a family violence phone and webchat service, prisoner helpline, Victims Legal Service helpline and Disaster Legal Help Victoria's phoneline. About the role: Provide a wide range of administrative services to the team including managing email inbox, note-taking, data entry, organising training and workshop sessions and follow up actions. Support the scheduling of Legal Help Reform training for Legal Help stakeholders. Working closely with the Legal Help operations team on the roster changes that may be required. Scheduling appointments, workshops and meetings, room bookings, and organising associated documentation or workshop material and follow up actions as required. Support basic project governance tasks that relate to the tracking of project activities, risks, actions, issues and dependencies. Support the preparation, distribution and publishing of workshop and Legal Help Reform communications material, including newsletters, presentation packs and documents. Adhere to the records and archiving procedures in accordance with VLA policy and ensure the Legal Help Reform project records are well maintained. About you:As our ideal candidate, you will be: A go-getter with a proactive attitude, with the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills. Demonstrated administrative and office support skills including performing tasks accurately and with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure while ensuring accuracy and quality. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to quickly uptake SharePoint and an automated document generation system. Sound interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate, negotiate and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders that affect the work of the Legal Help Reform Don't meet every requirement?
