About The Role: The Web Services Administrator coordinates and supervises various projects and programs to meet objectives and deliver specific outcomes that support the effective delivery of the departmental web services and associated systems including the MS SharePoint platform. The role establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with the Communications Team to contribute to the improvement of web content across the Department and for clients of the Department. The Web Services Administrator contributes to the assessment, development and implementation of strategies to meet business processes, policies and change management strategies that have recordkeeping and web publishing implications. The position focusses on steering the delivery of services in a manner that is most meaningful for customers, ensuring outcomes are of quality, professional and consistent at all times. About You: The ideal candidate will be self-driven, highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel. The role requires a flexible work ethic including being able to work independently and as part of a team. You will use your well-developed IT and website knowledge and experience (preferably in SharePoint online, HTML, etc), problem solving, research, planning, development and testing skills to deliver quality outcomes and organisational goals.
